I'm off to London with my graphics group, to see the galleries (DAVID HOCKNEY!!!). It's the first time I've ever been.
What's your favourite thing to do in London?
ADAM ANT <333 What a lovely playlist! I hope you have a wonderful time :D
Aw thanks, I love Adam Ant, and I had a great time!
i hope you have an amazing time, you'll love it i'm sure! in london i love to just wander and see what i can find, i also love all the really touristy things like big ben and tower bridge, they never get boring! enjoy the galleries, you'll come away so inspired xThe Gaslight Jungle
I am!! Especially with the gallery of David Shrigley's work, it was such a great place!
this is so cool! best pictures ever, and I totally have Blessed on repeat at the moment. Have a good time, I'm sure London will be super (: I went there last year for only 3 days and managed to get a heap of souvenirs, they have so many little kitschy souvenir shops! BUT my dad and I just walked around at night to different parts of the city. You can walk everywhere! also the thrill of using public transport there and hoping not to get blown up by terrorists was weirdly fun. Enjoy!
Oh the tube was really scary sometimes, but fine the next. I really enjoyed wandering about aimlessly. I didn't really like not knowing where anything was/where I was going, but I guess that's part of the fun of it. Thanks for the comment!! xx
Ahh, hope you have a fantastic time! I love london :D Camden is my fave place!xxx
Wah, I didn't get to go there, and I hear it's so brilliant :( xxx
Love laura marling, 'london calling' is so appropriate! have fun in london!
Thankyou, it was super!
I have far too much of that playlist already, aha. Love how you've done the two collages! I LOVE London, I don't think I could possibly say a favourite thing - enjoy
Yes, I tried to choose some classics because I guess that's what I see british music as/songs associated with London. It was so much fun, thankyou!
i'm totally late on this but portobello and borough markets are totally worth it, plus the hayward/saatchi/tate britain galleries in general, and shoreditch has great cocktail bars and gigs and some (fairly sub-par, but free!) galleries and weird craftsy things going on. and if you go in the summer there are usually free festivals dotted about. just for next time :) x
Your comments are welcome at any time! Yeah, the galleries I visited were the bets, so inspiring! Didn't get to go to Shoreditch but I WILL BE BACK xxx
